- Addition of Subang Jaya area (besides Puchong)
- Addition of PSF (Price per Square Feet) comparison charts for Terrace, Bungalow, Semi-D, Apartment, Condominium, All High-rise Residential and Shop-Office (click on the Chart to view a bigger and more detail comparison)
- Property Type Group-based Summary and Detail Analysis on Street and Building. (e.g. In Bandar Puteri, we have Aseana Puteri and Casa Puteri for Condominium; and Terrace we have Puteri 10, 11, 12 and etc)
- Enhance PSF estimation with more data and a more powerful analytical engine.
We have uploaded data until July 2009 for both Puchong and Subang Jaya, and we gradually update it with latest data in the coming weeks. Look out for the most powerful and compressive property price analysis in Malaysia, as we will role out more features in the coming weeks.
