Top 10 Searches for Malaysia Property Prices

We had launch Malaysia Property Price Analysis for areas such as Ampang, Bangsar, Cheras, Kuala Lumpur, Mont Kiara – Hartamas, Petaling Jaya, Puchong, Shah Alam and Subang Jaya, and we would like to know which areas are Malaysia Property Buyer and most interested with.


For the past 3 months (01 Mar – 31 May 2011), below are the top 10 locations

  2. Bandar Puchong Jaya, Puchong
  3. Taman Aman Putra (Terrace) @ Puchong
  4. Persiaran Puchong Jaya Selatan, Bandar Puchong Jaya (Apartment - Sutramas Apartment) @ Puchong
  5. Bandar Puteri, Puchong
  6. Jalan Tk 4, Taman Kinrara (Apartment - Suria Apartment) @ Puchong
  7. Jalan Merbuk, Bandar Puchong Jaya (Apartment - Sri Cempaka Apartment) @ Puchong
  8. Jalan Wawasan 2, Taman Wawasan (Apartment - Akasia Apartment) @ Puchong
  9. Bandar Sungai Long, Cheras
  10. Jalan Pu 8, Taman Puchong Utama (Terrace)
8 out of the top 10 property price search done in the last 3 months are related to Puchong itself, with additional interest for Bandar Sungai Long and Kota Damansara. Is Puchong property hot, or Puchong Property Hunter are more cost conscious by doing more research?

    Is the data up to date?

    I see that the data that you have on your property price website is based up to Dec 2010 data, as also what is written on the graph's headings, but at the same time in your blog post you say it's 2011 data.
